Closet Design Lab exists because most closet advice skips the numbers or invents them. We publish the dimensions behind a functional closet, label each as guideline, code or standard, attach sources where we have them and say 'citation pending' where we do not. The tools apply the same numbers to your room.
Funding
Carolina Building Services, a Mooresville, NC millwork shop, has a commercial relationship with the publisher. When a page ends with 'Talk With a Local Closet Designer', that designer is Carolina Building Services. The disclosure page says so plainly; the sources policy explains how the numbers stay independent.
